Quality Control begins at the Farm, Berryhill Foods Inc. ensures this by inspecting income Berries. Each shipment is checked for quality and sampled before being accepted. Fruit is graded and labeled so that production supervisors can properly direct fruit and ensure product traceability.
Once fruit enters production, a strict Quality Control Program is followed. Quality Control Staff are responsible for ensuring berry products meet the highest quality standards HACCP, SQF and customer requirements.
